Logistic Coordinators (4)
Our logistics coordinators are the bread and butter of our organization! They will be responsible for planning events from start to finish. This includes hashing out event details, creating a promotional plan leading up to the event day, and attending the event. They are always thinking two steps ahead of everyone else. Great experience if you want to learn how to run an event from bottom up and build your confidence!

Sponsorship Coordinators (2)
Our sponsorship coordinators support our events behind the scenes! They will be responsible for booking venues, meeting with potential sponsors, and securing monetary sponsorships/charitable donations. You’ll be the face of our organization in the eyes of our sponsors!

Graphic
Designers (2)
Our graphic designers will be responsible for making promotional material for Project 5K and our events. It can be anything from Instagram posts, videos, and other fun graphics projects in between! Great for building a portfolio and having your work displayed on all our social media platforms.
Skills:

Experience in video/image editing software (ie. Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects, etc.)

Creativity and eye for design

Proficient use of social media (Facebook, Instagram, Tik Tok)
